This article introduces a non-invasive pressure therapy method using monaural beats (MB) sonic resonance to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Unlike binaural beats (BB), MB requires no headphones, enhancing accessibility. By targeting ultralow brainwave frequencies, MB effectively relieves anxiety and stress. Compared to BB and other infrasound methods, MB offers advantages in terms of cost, comfort, and flexibility. Potential applications in IoT and AIoT systems for adaptive therapies are also discussed, with further research needed to realize their therapeutic potential fully.
